We’re excited to announce the release of OG Factions, bringing back the classic factions experience you know and love. This is your chance to relive the old-school faction days, where strategy, skill, and teamwork decide who dominates the server. Here's everything you need to know:

    • 📈 How to Gain Faction Worth
    Faction worth increases with valuable items placed on your claim or stored in chests. Item values are based on their /sell price, so manage resources wisely!

    💥 Raiding Mechanics
  • 1.8 Cannons Native: Build cannons freely and raid with creativity!

  • Obsidian Rules:
    [li]No water: 5 TNT hits or 10 Creeper explosions.

  • With water: 10 TNT hits or 15 Creeper explosions.

  • Claim Overclaiming: If another faction has more power than you, they can claim your land!


    • 📌 Land Claiming
  • 1 Claim = 1 Chunk:
    [li]Java: Use F3+G to see chunks.

  • Bedrock: Type /cv for chunk outlines.

  • Cost: 5 faction power per claim.


    • ⚔️ Faction Power System
  • Max Power: 15 per player

  • Death Penalty: -3 power (PvP or PvE).

  • Regeneration: +1 power/hour (online or offline).


    • 👑 King of the Hill (KoTH)
  • Happens every 3 hours at /warp pvp.

  • Red Wool Spawn: Fight for the most capture time!

  • Rewards: 10 coins per online player!

    How To Join This Event

    This event takes place on the OG Factions Minecraft server. You can join it using either Minecraft Java, or Minecraft Bedrock Edition, on any device.
    To participate, join the server on , following these steps:

    1. Copy the server IP and Port; For Java, you can use ogfactions.org. For Bedrock, use ogfactions.org as the IP and 19132 as the port.
    2. Open up Minecraft and enter the Multiplayer menu.
    3. Click on "Add Server" and paste in the information you copied.
    4. Click "Done" - Select the server you just added from the list and click on "Join" to connect!
