Welcome to blood and banners SMP this SMP is about war factions and peace its the players choice to chose to be a member of a nation or rule one. If a nation falls one shall rise again. When you are in the lobby you will receive a book there you can either join a nation or create a nation if you do create a nation you get to pick your ideology which each has there own perks from there on its your choice to become an empire ruthless and always in war or be peaceful and be neutral. And the server is till in its BETA that means it has just been created not long ago report ALL bugs to admins in game or in discord server
