Nocturne runs on one rule: everything worth having is earned.

A hard-difficulty kingdoms Survival server (Java, Paper 26.1). You arrive with nothing, speak to the Gatekeeper, and take your first Journey. After that it's your story - found a kingdom, hunt bounties, climb the ranked duel ladder, work the market, or bankrupt a rival kingdom's treasury.

What's actually here:
- Kingdoms with shared treasuries and wars you fund yourselves
- One Daily and one Weekly quest active at a time - the whole server races the same clock
- A working economy: NPC vendors, player bounties, secure trading
- Relics - rare items with histories, shown on player profiles
- Ranked duels with wagers, bracketed tournaments
- Achievements, titles, leaderboards, daily rewards
- Proximity voice chat
- Live Discord feeds for quests, relics, and wars
