Server Information

Sovereign SMP is a player-driven Survival server built around communities, politics, trade, courts, wars, activities, and events.

- The server launches on October 10, so join Discord and prepare early.
- Optional features include Simple Voice Chat and emotes.
- Cheats, X-Ray, KillAura, flight, auto-building, and seed-cracking are banned.
- Litematica without printer, minimaps, Sodium, and zoom mods are allowed.
- Hate speech, harassment, severe toxicity, and real-life threats are banned.
- Exploit-based duping, including sand and TNT duping, is punishable.
- Lag machines and intentional server crashes result in an immediate ban.
- Griefing, stealing, and lava-casting require declared war or court approval.
- Staff handles rule violations, technical problems, rollbacks, and lost items.
- Player politics and trade disputes are normally handled without staff intervention.
- Territory must be visibly marked, while unmarked land remains public wilderness.
- Building directly beside an established claim without consent may be challenged in court.
- Public trade, land, and resource agreements are legally binding.
- Towns with at least three members may create laws within marked borders.
- Town leaders may evict lawbreakers after giving them time to move their property.
- Players must build and maintain their own courthouses.
- Neutral judges may order fines, repayment, or land forfeiture.
- Staff may enforce fair court rulings when convicted players refuse to comply.
- Consensual trial by combat may replace civil penalties.
- Phase 1 uses a 2,000 × 2,000 Overworld with the Nether and End locked.
- Phase 2 expands to 6,000 × 6,000 and unlocks the Nether.
- Phase 3 unlocks the End and uses a community vote to determine the final border.
