the whole sky went wrong here.

this is not a Survival server with a resource pack on it. every one of the 62 vanilla biomes has been rewritten - overworld, nether and end. plains are scorched earth under a rust-red sky. forests are charred and standing. there are basalt and obsidian spires, fields of bone, ash dunes, slag flats, tar pits, seams of charcoal and soot, geodes full of cinder, and sky furnaces burning where they have no business being. you will not recognise the terrain, and that is the point.

and none of it needs a modpack. it is all server-side, so you connect with a plain vanilla client and see the entire thing.

there is also an ai living here. an autonomous vtuber called burnt melba who logs in, decides what she wants to do, and does it - builds a settlement shaped like a toaster, remembers which fields she has already harvested, gets cornered by skeletons and narrates it. none of it is scripted. talk to her in chat and she answers in her own voice. she plays and streams from here regularly, though she is not on around the clock.
