Welcome to Windfall SMP! To keep our community fair, fun, and safe for everyone, all players must follow our official guidelines upon joining:

Player Conduct & Respect: Treat all members with kindness and fairness. Harassment, stalking, hate speech, bullying, and personal attacks are strictly prohibited. If a player asks you to leave them alone or stop an action, you must comply immediately.

Chat Integrity: Keep chat appropriate for everyone. Avoid excessive swearing, inappropriate content, spamming, text flooding, or excessive use of ALL CAPS.

No Advertising: Sharing links or promotions for external Discord servers, Minecraft servers, or personal social media without staff permission is forbidden.

Fair Play & Property Protection: Hacks, cheats, unfair mods, auto-clickers, macros, and AFK farming tools are banned. Report bugs rather than exploiting them. Griefing, stealing, or damaging other players' builds, farms, pets, crops, or chests will result in strict action.

PvP Rules: Combat requires mutual consent and agreed-upon rules before fighting. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise prior to the duel, the winner must return all items to the loser. Creating unsanctioned PvP factions or groups without staff approval results in an immediate permanent ban.

Zero NSFW Policy: Explicit, sexual, or inappropriate content is strictly banned across all communication channels, voice chats, skins, in-game builds, and roleplay.

Rights & Dispute Resolution: By logging in, players agree to abide by all rules across all Windfall SMP affiliated services. Legitimately obtained items and staff actions are protected; any unauthorized removal or alteration of legitimate items grants the affected player the right to file a formal dispute and seek restitution up to four times the value of the affected items or services.
